Taught by our seasoned instructor Bryan Sneed,  this class is a great way to mix up your routine and learn professional striking techniques. Kicks, punches, jabs, blocks, ect.

All Inspired by Muay Thai (the art of eight limbs)…

Striking with our fists, elbows, knees, and legs. We begin with a cardio warm up, stretch, and target area conditioning. Then we get our gloves on and get to work on the punching bags and focus mitts.

Expect to burn up to 500 calories while strengthening your core, balance, reflexes, coordination and most importantly, your mind!
